Transformational Housing

In the Spring of 2024, Royal Oak Ministries will begin their housing initiative at 705 Harrison Street. Up to 24 units will be built on the 3 acre property - a collection of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units for single mothers and their minor children who are part of the ROM program.

These transformational homes will be on property of 705 Harrison Street, Titusville. Located in a well established neighborhood, close to shopping, schools, medical and bus routes.

Who?

These homes are for single mothers and their minor children who are participants in the ROM program. They will engage in various classes such as life-skills, financial, educational and vocational.

How Long?

Each length of residency is tailored to the specific needs of the single mothers, up to two years. The goal is to attain their own home, whether renting or owning.

Cost?

The cost of residency is a percentage based on the single mother's income. A portion of the 'rent' goes toward the down-payment of her future home.
